Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with FP&A leaders to identify reporting gaps and build scalable, repeatable reporting packages.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive reporting playbook to standardize processes and definitions.
- Produce timely monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for executive decision-making.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Expert Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in process mapping and data documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing financial reporting playbooks or standardized frameworks.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, EPM, or data warehouse platforms in finance.
