FP&A Analyst

About the Role:

• You will turn financial, sales and operational data into clear insight for confident decision-making across the business.
• Working closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, and teams across Sales, Marketing and Operations, you own key reporting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• You help SFG20 understand performance, identify opportunities and plan for sustainable growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the preparation and maintenance of the company’s three-statement integrated financial model.
• Calculate, monitor and report key metrics including ARR, MRR, sales velocity, churn, LTV, CAC, and gross margin analysis.
• Compilation of monthly metrics with variance analysis commentary into monthly Board reports.

Essential Experience:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, part-qualified or actively working towards one of these qualifications.
• Previous experience in FP&A, finance analyst, or management accounting role within a fast-paced SaaS business.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
