Forecast & Allocations Specialist – Makeup & Skincare

About the Role:

• This role focuses on day-to-day forecasting and allocation processes for Makeup and Skincare Trade Marketing programs.
• You will collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly forecasts, track budgets and POs, and develop retailer allocations.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify risks, and streamline processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 2-4 years in forecasting or allocations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze SKU-level data with attention to detail.
