Forecast Ownership:\n- Build, validate, and publish monthly demand forecasts in Anaplan, including baseline, promotional lift, and launch ramps.\n- Review statistical baseline, apply overrides with documented reasoning, and maintain override discipline.\n- Track forecast accuracy and bias, root-cause misses, and implement corrective actions.\n\nBusiness Partnership:\n- Represent portfolio in consensus and S&OP, presenting changes and drivers to stakeholders.\n- Challenge assumptions from Sales and Finance, reflecting them with documented rationale.\n- Partner with Supply Planning on inventory, weeks of supply, and allocation decisions.\n\nSystems and Process:\n- Participate in Anaplan implementation, including UAT, data validation, and migrating off Excel.\n- Partner with Demand Planning Analyst on master data accuracy and reporting.\n- Adhere to demand review calendar and escalate data breaks.
