Anaplan Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Change Requests: Manage, triage, and deliver end-to-end Change Requests across Anaplan models.
• Support Model Building: Collaborate with Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to build and test new functionalities.
• Provide Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions and documentation for end-users.

Requirements:

• Anaplan Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting Anaplan workspaces/models (Level 2 certification desirable).
• Change Request Management: Proven track record handling Change Requests and user support tickets.
• Model Building Skills: Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building.
