About the Role:
- Gemini is seeking a Senior Associate to join the FP&A team, owning financial modeling and analysis.
- The role involves deep collaboration with product, corporate development, and treasury teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain driver-based models tied to key financial and operational metrics.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and support ROI analysis for new services.
- Prepare variance analysis and KPI presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Workday Adaptive preferred.
