Centralize and lead the business strategy for Lime’s financial systems, driving process design and transformation across Finance. Define and manage the Finance Technology roadmap in alignment with Corporate Technology and business goals, spanning platforms like NetSuite, Oracle FAH, Anaplan, custom engineered, and treasury/tax solutions.

Be a thought partner to business leaders helping to resolve competing business priorities. Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Design, automate, and optimize flexible finance processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.

Provide financial and strategic insights to drive decision making and support all Corporate Finance processes, internal and external reporting as well as partnerships across the organization. Responsibilities include managing monthly corporate reporting and forecasting processes, analyzing drivers of financial performance, and supporting preparation of executive presentations.
