You will monitor deal workflows, assist field teams, conduct market intelligence, and guide pricing decisions aligned with business goals and market trends. Prior SaaS experience is desirable.

Responsibilities include developing impact strategies to assess and strengthen edtech adoption, analyzing data to inform product development and partner support, and translating research into actionable insights to enhance tools and initiatives.

As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will serve as a key strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Fund Administration Managers, providing expertise on deal structuring, pricing strategies, approval workflows, and discount management. In this role, you will manage complex deal inquiries, optimize processes, and drive efficiencies across our Quote-to-Order operations.
