Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
- Gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements with multiple stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Power BI dashboards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
- Proven track record of delivering BRDs, functional specs, and data mapping for BI dashboard projects.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Japanese.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with spend analysis, procurement analytics, and ERP/P2P data (SAP, Coupa, Oracle).
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure) and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with spend classification frameworks like UNSPSC or eClass.
