Sr Business Analyst - RFP India Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end RFP and requirements-focused business analysis activities from discovery to traceability.
• Develop business capability models and assess current-state processes to identify gaps and pain points.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support vendor evaluation through structured criteria and demo scripts.

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience as a Business Analyst with strong RFP initiative leadership.
• Background in traditional business analysis, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to complex initiatives.
