The Business Analyst provides business analysis services to business partners and will work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates; key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address risks and improve efficiency.

The Business Analyst will perform business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. The role involves eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting, with a focus on implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Computerized Provider Order Entry solutions.
