About the Role:
- Lead the evolution of business intelligence and data analytics across a growing organization.
- Own the development of Power BI capabilities and transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Work closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and adoption of Power BI across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards for critical KPIs like MRR, churn, and CAC.
- Integrate Power BI with diverse data sources including Salesforce, ERP systems, and SQL databases.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, ideally in a software or subscription-based environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and data modeling.
- Understanding of recurring-revenue and SaaS metrics with strong communication skills.
