Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and build Power BI dashboards.
- Compile, integrate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems to support program reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models, measures, and KPIs using DAX and Power Query.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3-5+ years of experience.
- High proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik dashboards and data visualization.
- Experience with data transformation, Power Query, SQL, and building databases from multiple sources.
Desired Qualifications:
- Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik certification a plus.
- Experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and SQL.
- Previous work with CBP or a current CBP background investigation is a plus.
