Job Description
The Senior Workforce Analyst will support Operations leaders by providing deep insights into workforce planning, utilization and performance metrics to drive the success of Hazelโs customer operations teams. This role involves collecting and analyzing workforce data, developing forecasting models, and creating dashboards to track key performance metrics. Responsibilities include optimizing resource allocation, automating scheduling tasks, and creating contingency plans for staffing changes. The analyst will provide recommendations on staffing adjustments and develop workforce schedules to ensure appropriate coverage. Monitoring real-time adherence, conducting performance evaluations, and providing tailored reports to various audiences are also key aspects of the role. The role also involves designing and overseeing teammate schedules, identifying opportunities for shift optimization, and collaborating with functional leaders on hiring plans.
