Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will have a critical position in scaling one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. Hazel Health is the market leader, with 2-3x year-over-year growth for multiple years in a row. The FP&A manager will be part of a small and highly strategic team that is close to Hazel’s key initiatives, overseeing strategic financial analysis, budgeting, long-term planning, research, forecasts and financial model build outs. In this role, you will have visibility into the operations of a high-impact startup and will play an integral role in Hazel’s success. You will manage the company’s financial planning software (Anaplan), driving process improvements, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring seamless workflows for business partners. You will also lead the development of financial forecasts & budgets, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational objectives. Prepare and present executive-level financial reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decision making. Overall own projects and financial analysis leading to final recommendations and presentations to leadership.
