Benefits Program Manager Contractor

This is a contract role focused on ensuring a great employee experience through the efficient administration and support of various benefits programs. This will be a 1099 fixed term based remote contract with expected hours of 35-40 per week for approximately 6-7 months. Responsibilities include managing global benefits programs end-to-end: administration, vendor management and procurement, data cleanliness, and employee support. Work includes auditing benefits data to ensure accuracy coordinating benefits programs across different countries and regions while accommodating local needs and regulations.
