Talent Acquisition Specialist

As we scale and integrate, we’re expanding our People & Culture team to support this next chapter - and that starts with adding a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, hire, and welcome the talent who will shape our future. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle - from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, through to onboarding new hires into their first week. You’ll be a brand ambassador and a champion for a seamless and inclusive candidate and employee experience. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation, and new hire onboarding coordination. Also develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates using various platforms and partner with the People & Culture team to facilitate onboarding logistics and ensure a smooth first week.
