Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist will provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. Responsibilities include creating learning and development programs, managing benefits and 401(k) administration, and overseeing the annual benefit renewal process. The role also involves managing the annual performance review and salary increase process, creating and performing training programs, and ensuring benefit programs comply with applicable law. Maintaining the Employee Handbook and tracking employee compliance with training requirements are also key duties.
