Job Description
As the International Benefits Analyst, you will liaise with internal and external providers and systems for all international benefits. Main responsibilities also include sickness and Leave of Absence management, assisting with International benefit renewal (open enrollments), global policy reviews and benchmarking, and supporting international pension governance requirements. Day to day benefits processing includes Insurance forms, reconciliation/audits, meal vouchers, voluntary benefits/statutory requirement. The position also provides support on new initiatives implemented through Global Benefits.
