The Compensation, Benefits, and Leave Manager will oversee and administer Theoria Medical's total rewards and leave programs. This role is responsible for ensuring programs are competitive, compliant with all regulations, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will analyze data, develop policies, manage vendors, and effectively communicate program details to our employees.
Responsibilities include developing and managing compensation structures, designing and administering employee benefits programs, and overseeing all leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance. Further responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, preparing budgets and reports, and collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure effective program administration and communication.
