Job Description
The Total Rewards Generalist III role will manage a variety of Human Resources (HR) policies & procedures to implement Total Rewards (TR) initiatives with members of the BHN Benefits, Compensation, and Stock Team. Functions as a Total Rewards Generalist in a variety of Total Reward HR duties to support a great team member experience including, but not limited to the following: Ensures policies adhere to on-going legislative updates on a federal, state, and county level. Maintains Workers Compensation (WC) & Leave of Absence (LOA) postings/notifications to ensure compliance. Ensures TR documentation integrity on shared platforms. Partners with Procurement/Legal/IT on new or amended contracts. Performs data gathering & analysis related to compensation and benefits activities. Manages TR Team Communications and Trainings. Perform various other HR duties as assigned to assist the TR HR Team.
