People Ops Generalist

The Role:

• Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Coordinate recurring People programs like new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes.
• Partner with EOR providers on global employment, immigration, and country-specific needs.

Within the First 6 Months:

• Independently own core People Operations workflows and manage upcoming needs and risks.
• Become a trusted resource for HR systems and global employment operations.
• Lead operational research for hiring in new countries, including costs and benefits.
