The Role:
- Own Prophecy's people operations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits.
- Partner with leadership on employee experience and scalable processes.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years HR experience, including 2+ owning multiple people functions.
- Recruiting experience and US employment law knowledge required.
- Strong analytical skills; Rippling experience a plus.
