What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first line of support for employee and manager HR questions, resolving routine inquiries and routing complex ones to specialists.
- Own HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination, and parental leave processes end-to-end.
- Run onboarding, orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation to keep everything audit-ready.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- 3-5 years of HR or People Operations experience with exposure to employee support, HRIS, benefits, or compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, service instincts, and communication skills for sensitive processes.
- Comfort working in a remote/distributed team and juggling multiple workstreams.
