About the Role:
- Build and own the operational side of Tribe's people function, with Rippling as source of truth.
- Own the full employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance, and employee advocacy.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own systems, automation, and data, including integrations with Ashby and AI tools.
- Manage offer generation, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and time-off.
- Administer benefits, state registrations, compliance, and work authorization.
About You:
- Typically 7+ years owning HR operations and systems at scaling companies.
- Deep Rippling expertise, automation experience, and comfort with AI tools.
