Senior Product Designer

Design System Ownership:

• Own the full design system including Figma component library, React codebase, tokens, and documentation.
• Write and ship production React code with strong code hygiene and testing.
• Define interaction and visual design language for the component library.

Design Tools & Modern Workflows:

• Work across design and engineering tools like Figma, Pencil, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering workflows.
• Establish workflows for rapid evolution while maintaining quality.

Cross-Team Partnership:

• Partner with front-end engineering team in Turkey on architecture and code review.
• Serve product design team as primary design system partner.
• Enable product designers to confidently use and contribute to the system.

Strategy & Scalability:

• Own the strategy for scaling the design system across five products.
• Define roadmap for new components and system improvements.
• Advocate for long-term health and architectural integrity of the system.
