Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

• Own complex, cross-functional design work from problem definition to polished, accessible workflows.
• Lead discovery through interviews, task analyses, and field research; turn insights into strategy.
• Design end-to-end flows across web and mobile, from low-fi to high-fi.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with PM and engineering to clarify problems, define scope, and set measurable outcomes.
• Prototype fast with tools like Figma and Claude Code, validate with users, and iterate.
• Contribute to the design system and document rationale to enable team velocity.

Your Background:

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing systems thinking and crisp UX.
• Experience leading design projects from early discovery through launch in ambiguous environments.
• Strong product judgment and ability to connect design choices to measurable outcomes.
