Forerunner

This role involves owning the strategy and execution of the systems and processes that power Forerunner's go-to-market engine, reporting to the VP of Finance and Operations, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will design data-driven processes, improve visibility into performance, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and predictability as we scale, balancing strategy and execution.

Lead a team of BDRs, driving pipeline creation and ensuring success through a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement. As a key leader in our go-to-market motion, you’ll shape outbound strategy for public-sector buyers, build scalable processes, and mentor a team that connects government agencies with technology that improves how they serve citizens.
