Business Operations Associate

Rillet seeks a versatile and driven Business Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff, supporting high-impact initiatives across Go-to-Market (GTM), Revenue Operations (RevOps), HR, and Finance. This is a unique opportunity for a generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to gain broad, cross-functional exposure at a category-defining startup. Responsibilities include driving execution on key initiatives, tackling operational challenges, owning and managing daily operations across HR, finance, and administrative functions, and designing scalable processes. The candidate will also be responsible for high-impact initiatives from day one, such as preparing investor reports, and project managing the implementation of new CRM features.
