Assist in daily operations of Gate Card products. Handle business partner's requests and follow up with internal requests to business partners. This involves working closely with internal business, finance, compliance, and customer service teams for operational issues of existing partners. Monitor customer-related requests on a day-to-day basis and provide ad-hoc summaries and handling procedures.

Acquire and develop trust relationships with potential institutional clients including Market Makers, Arbitrageurs, HTF, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals, etc. globally. Understand the challenges and expectations of new clients, proactively satisfy and retain our clients with Institutional level services. Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients with best practice of Gate.io institutional service.
Establish, sort out, and maintain channel cooperation information, and continuously track and calculate conversion data. Track and analyze the effect of channel cooperation, including activity data, participation, conversion, and other key indicators, and provide a basis for activity optimization and business maintenance. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
Proactively manage Key Accounts (Institutional Key customers/VIP clients), as well as identify new clients on board and corporate partnerships. Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics. Grow market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio.
