Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Binance Pay product. Design and implement initiatives to increase user engagement and retention. Analyze user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

The Head of Customer Delivery will lead our growing team of Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs). CDMs own the post-sales implementation experience for Finix’s customers, ensuring exceptional delivery across payment acceptance and payout products. You will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team that drives successful onboarding, solution delivery, and long-term platform adoption.
