About the role:
- Expanding Binance's licensed payment business in Kazakhstan and the broader CIS region.
- Owning local fiat business setup, operations, and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage fiat operations, product localization, and regulatory support.
- Build partnerships with fiat on-ramp providers, banks, and KYC vendors.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and maintain regulator relationships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years leading business units or growth at crypto/fintech/banks.
- Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space.
- Fluent Russian and English; Kazakh strongly preferred.
