Key responsibilities:
- Design and own target IT architecture for the local licensed payment entity.
- Lead integrations with NBK, national payment systems, and state infrastructure.
- Build the information security framework and manage regulatory audits.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in tech with 5+ years as CTO/CIO in licensed financial institutions.
- Hands-on Kazakhstan payment infrastructure and NBK security knowledge.
- Fluent Russian and English; crypto experience is an advantage.
