Responsibilities:
- Work with the CO and MLRO on internal compliance policy review, including ongoing assessments, compliance review, internal audit reviews, and ad hoc reviews.
- Track new product/service launch compliance items and handle client on-boarding applications within SLAs.
- Monitor and document unusual activity or AML flags, and participate in training programs.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in legal or compliance with substantial knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English; undergraduate degree required, law degree a plus.
- Demonstrated writing, organizational, and communication skills.
