Head of Compliance

Role Overview:

• Lead the compliance program in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to automate and scale compliance.
• Write SOPs, manage daily operations, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and mature the existing compliance program, including geographic risk assessment.
• Develop clear SOPs and own day-to-day compliance operations.
• Handle transaction monitoring alerts, investigations, SAR filings, and law enforcement requests.
• Partner with Product, Ops, and Sales on new initiatives and customer onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building compliance programs in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong AML/KYC/KYB expertise with international regulatory knowledge.
• Crypto-native with deep familiarity with digital assets and blockchain transactions.
• Excellent judgment and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
