The Role:
- Lead and scale Astra's enterprise compliance program as the senior compliance leader.
- Oversee financial crimes, payments compliance, privacy, security assurance, and governance.
- Serve as the designated BSA/AML Compliance Officer and advisor to executive leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Set strategy for the compliance program, continuously improving policies, risk assessments, and controls.
- Oversee payments and bank partner compliance, including ACH, card-network, and instant payment rails.
- Lead GRC, audit, and privacy programs, including SOC 2, PCI DSS, and enterprise risk frameworks.
