About the Role:

• Seeking an experienced compliance leader to shape AML and virtual asset compliance, blockchain risk management.
• This role requires understanding compliance from both traditional financial institutions and virtual asset service providers.
• You will serve as a senior subject matter expert, advising clients and engaging with regulators, law enforcement, and industry partners.

About You:

• You are a practical, commercially minded compliance leader with deep experience in AML, financial crime, and virtual assets.
• You have worked within or alongside both traditional financial institutions and VASPs and understand blockchain risks.
• You are comfortable reviewing complex cases, designing AML frameworks, and communicating with regulators and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as MLRO, Chief Compliance Officer, or similar senior compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and virtual asset financial crime risks.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools like KYT and wallet screening.
