Kit is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to scale financial and business operations, translate vision into execution, mature operating systems, and ensure data-driven decisions to fuel sustainable growth, reporting to the CEO as a member of the executive team and working as a strategist, coach, and player to help build a workplace where both people and business thrive.

The Foundation Executive Director will execute the strategic vision and operational priorities determined by the DAO to support the growth and development of the Mezo protocol and ecosystem. You'll work closely with the Thesis dev team and Mezo community to set up decentralized treasury and governance systems, focusing on the operations and governance of the Foundation.
