Drive the success of Procore’s SMB customers as a Customer Success Engineer. You’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert throughout the customer journey, from implementation to renewal. Help organizations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the many business benefits they can provide.
Lead Procore’s Enterprise Sales team to drive sales and achieves strategic objectives and quotas while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration. Support the development of Sales team through internal training and learning and development opportunities. Manage territory including planning, forecasting, and execution. Procore is seeking a driven Senior Manager to lead a team of Commercial Account Managers focused on inside sales and supporting deals. You'll drive a high-performance culture to meet sales goals and grow the customer base. The position reports to the Director, Commercial Account Management and can be remote from any US location.
Serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts, maximizing renewals and expansion through understanding of Procore’s products and processes. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales members, and Product Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base. You will research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements. Manage and maintain accurate leads within Salesforce.
