Job Description

Be a key stakeholder to evolve core Total Rewards programs—including compensation/equity cycles, benefits experiences, recognition delivery, governance routines, and annual planning. Develop and maintain the TR roadmap and operating rhythm, aligning priorities and ensuring clarity across Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and Systems. Architect scalable delivery frameworks, building repeatable models that improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability. Partner deeply with Compensation Partners and Benefits leaders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery across all employee segments and geographies. Identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered simplification, proactively proposing and piloting forward-looking solutions. Create enablement and storytelling assets that help managers and employees understand not just what we offer—but why it matters. Serve as a strategic advisor on operational design, representing Total Rewards in cross-functional forums and influencing decisions beyond your immediate scope.
