Senior People Technology Business Analyst

Optimize and manage our People technology systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our organization. The primary goal of this role is to enhance the employee experience by aligning technology solutions with People strategies. As a Senior People Technology Business Analyst, you’ll partner with People COEs, Talent Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful projects, streamline processes, and resolve system issues. Use your expertise in Workday, project management, and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement, implement scalable solutions, and improve business processes.
