Job Description
Execute and support the partnership strategy with key channel partners to accelerate our global revenue and expand market reach. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the operational success of the channel strategy, translating high-level strategy into measurable results with assigned partners. As a Strategic Channel Partnerships Manager, you’ll partner with leaders and teams across Sales, Operations, and Legal to coordinate program implementation, manage relationship health, and drive operational efficiency.
Manage the partner lifecycle by serving as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of assigned channel partners, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and productivity. Coordinate cross-functional alignment by acting as the central hub to integrate partnership activities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product for cohesive go-to-market motions. Support deal structuring by assisting the Director in the negotiation and execution of partnership contracts and managing the internal processes (Legal, Finance, Operations) required to launch new partners.
