What You'll Do:
- Define and execute the GTM analytics roadmap, modernizing reporting and establishing consistent metrics.
- Build trusted self-service analytics for people and AI, turning insights into business action.
- Shape data models and set standards for analytics products.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in analytics, BI, or GTM strategy with deep data modeling and expert SQL skills.
- Experience scaling recurring analytics and building products business teams actively use.
- Ability to turn ambiguous questions into requirements and influence without authority.
