Role Overview:
- Lead the Identity Governance & Administration engineering team responsible for enterprise IGA services.
- Set technical direction for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and enforce governance for human and non-human identities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and policy workflows.
- Guide migrations from legacy identity platforms and establish governance for service accounts, machine identities, and bots.
- Expand automation through APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in IAM or IGA engineering, with 5+ years managing engineering teams.
- Hands-on SailPoint ISC implementation and operational experience at enterprise scale.
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
