Senior Director, Identity and Access Management

About the Role:

• As Senior Director, you will define and execute the company's IAM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
• You will lead modernization initiatives focused on cloud transformation, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and AI, you will ensure IAM standards integrate into the overall technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) framework with lifecycle management and audit readiness.
• Provide strategic leadership for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access capabilities.
• Drive technology rationalization, platform consolidation, and process automation to reduce complexity and lower total cost of ownership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, with 10+ years of progressive IAM experience.
• Proven experience leading senior technical professionals and managing enterprise-scale security services.
• Deep expertise in identity governance, IAM, PAM, and hybrid identity environments with regulatory compliance knowledge.
