Responsibilities:
- Support IAM operations including access administration, governance, lifecycle processes, and issue resolution.
- Lead assigned IAM initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines.
- Partner with IAM leadership to execute strategic priorities and ensure alignment across participating teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in access and data management, identity lifecycle management, or user provisioning.
- Experience in healthcare technology and EHR/EMR environments strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, or One Identity, and IGA solutions like SailPoint or Saviynt.
Additional Information:
- Salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 base pay, with annual bonus targeted at 15%.
- Remote work requires minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
