Responsibilities:
- Monitor, facilitate and operate all identity and access lifecycle management controls.
- Manage changes to accounts, access groups, and entitlements across multiple systems.
- Participate in incident response, audit support, and disaster recovery exercises.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Minimum 2 years experience with IAM lifecycle management and cloud IAM services (AWS preferred).
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on with SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and ISO 27001.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range $94,250 to $107,500 per year.
