Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain security architecture across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and multi-cloud identities.
- Lead enterprise-wide implementation of the Delinea PAM platform, including privileged access controls and onboarding.
- Own enterprise policy for secrets governance, including API keys, tokens, and certificates, and drive remediation of hardcoded secrets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in IAM, PAM, or security architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with hybrid identity environments, cloud IAM, and Delinea PAM platform.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001) and automation via PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base compensation ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonus.
