Summary:
- Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization seeks a Sr. Director of Enterprise Security to lead and execute an industry-leading Cybersecurity program.
- This role collaborates with the CISO and directs three functional teams: Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Operations, and Identity and Access Management.
What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership to the Enterprise Security program and set strategic direction.
- Direct Security Architecture, Security Operations, and IAM functions.
- Establish KPIs, build relationships with senior leaders, and communicate security best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive knowledge of the security landscape and proven track record in solving complex cybersecurity problems.
- Experience building multi-team security organizations and overseeing SOC, IAM, and Architecture functions.
- 12+ years in enterprise security, 5+ years in senior security leadership, and familiarity with GRC frameworks.
