What You’ll Do:
- Lead engineering teams for governance solutions on Delinea Platform and Fastpath Assure.
- Oversee development strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical oversight, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years managing Agile Sprint teams with strong technical and personal skills.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
We’d Love to See:
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or application access governance.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and staying current with security trends.
